A meteor containing quantonium fall to earth and hit Susan Murphy , who will soon get married. As a result of radiation from the meteor, she turned into a monster that big and you have a super power.
The Government is aware of the potential for Susan then took him to a special military-owned facilities to collect the occupants of the earth who have the 'privilege' as Susan. At this facility she later met with other monsters like Dr. Cockroach, Ph.D. scientist mad , Missing Link  and BOB, a strange shape like Jelly.
One day a fleet of spacecraft from another world, led Gallaxhar  came to rule the earth. General W.R. Monger must inevitably exert a monster team is to protect Earth from attack by alien creatures. To get their freedom, Susan and his friends dared to carry out the mission expel aliens who are occupying the earth. But efforts to get rid of the alien did not run smoothly. In addition to rule the earth, the aliens also aims to take Quantonium which nest in the body of Susan.
